I came across your podcast while searching through iTunes. I want to thank you for the wonderful class. I’ve been doing yoga for about 6 months in a very small class with a new teacher (we’re her first class). I’ve latched on to yoga in a way I never have before. I love the way I feel afterwards and how it has worked on changing my outlook on life. Because our class only meets once a week, I’ve been trying to find ways to expand my yoga experiences. Your class did it for me. I worked up a wonderful sweat and had that silly face at the end, I’m sure you are aware of the one that I’m talking about- the one where the person is so exhausted and yet so proud and pleased of themself and what they have accomplished. So thank you. and please keep the podcasts coming.

Did I say already this is my favorite class because I can do everything along?

No?

“It’s my favorite class, because I can do everything along!”

I’m so glad that “you can do everything along”. BTW that’s my newest favorite phrase, doing everything along 😉 thanks Inge!!!

My therapists said yoga was a great way to learn to feel your body, to get in touch with it.

My calves and hamstrings hurt now. I can barely walk. 🙂 I definitely feel that part of my body now… 😀

Thanks Elsie!

Great class! Basic but still challenging.

I have done 4 of your classes since last Friday, and so far I have not injured myself (as I have in the past), and I feel much stronger physically and psychically too. Thank you. The injuries kept me out of yoga for a long time. Your tips on how to stay aligned and reminders to soften the heart and keep the shoulders back and safe have been great for me and given me more confidence.

I really like the pics. Cute legwarmers! It helps a lot to be able to pause and come check the pose out when I get a little lost.

Belated congrats on becoming an auntie, and best wishes for your new arrival!

Molly!!!! good for you 🙂 always love it when there’s no injuries. You have done a fantastic job at paying attention and stepping into listening to your own body, congratulations little lady 😀

thanks, love legwarmers, can’t live w/o them….well summer in Pittsburgh has made me take them off….but only for the moment….then still travel in my bad, just in case 🙂

Love being an auntie and i can’t wait to have my own little one come join me out here in the world!!!

Just found your podcast. I am very grateful for the opportunity to listen and participate. We recently moved and I left a studio I love. Thank you for adding photos. I am a learner still, so not everything is clear to me. I ended up in some interesting positions in Episode 2:0) I look forward to seeing how the podcast has evolved.
