Elsie – you rock. I did most of the class but Mala got very excited and wanted to play all the while as I was moving on the mat… oh and thanks for the shout out for the picture during your demo…. I know we always work harder when guided. I totally felt that especially when taking your podcast class… well done and lots of space you have grown even more love it, love it, love it… hillary
