What a day!
Woke up with a salutation from my friend Victor, from the Typical Mac User Podcast sending me kudos via Twitter (my latest obsession…don’t ask) and then I got more goodness from Greg Willits from the Rosary Army Podcast….what the….oh my, MY, Father Roderick totally used my feet video for his Healthy Catholic Podcast!
As you remember from my Feet Stretches post I mentioned that the footage was originally meant for Fr. Roderick, and he used it!!! yeay!!!! There is about 1 min of extra foot footage, that Fr. has that I cut out of my posting for my podcast, so y’all are welcome to check it out! The other fantastic thing that happened today was that the mighty Accidental Yogist, Joni put up a really beautiful posting about the closing of Bala Yoga, and Ross’s last class there 🙁 and….
can you believe this she did 2 classes in one day 🙂
