Elsie,
I hope that you and your baby are loving your new life together! I have been doing your podcasts for a while, but did this one for the first time today. As the whole country is split between right and left, red and blue, the way that you focused on each side of the body was deeply powerful. What a profound, spiritual class. Thank you for weaving Thomas Merton’s wisdom into this practice.
