by Elsie on May 13, 2007

This was the 1st class that I streamed live!!!!! Using uStream. Man that was kinda nutty 😉 If you want to take my class, live wherever you are, I’m planning on streaming my class on Fridays, either my 7:30am class or my 12:30pm class, obviously PST. I need feedback about this, what works best for you guys?

Here’s the link to my actual LIVE YOGA CLASS

If you look at that link right now, nothing is there, but you will be able to see when the upcoming one is, and when.

You were nervous? Couldn’t even tell! I thought you did an excellent job! Your classes are always fun – I’m glad I was able to attend. Thanks!

The earlier time is a little more convenient for me.

Your 12:30pm PST class LIVE on ustream is on 21:30 (9:30pm) Central European Summer Time (CEST).

So I guess now everybody can do the math. I’m looking forward to it, I missed last week’s class, but I hope I can attend the next one.

Keep up the good work!

Inge.

Melissa! I really was totally nervous. I guess the acting training paid off 🙂 I personally felt kinda off, but I guess what matters is what you guys think, so thank you!

Mike: I’ll do my best to switch weekly. I think I’ll do 7:30am and 12:30pm, and alternate between the 2. I’m thinking for this coming week I’ll stick to the 12:30 timeslot, and take it from there.

Inge, thank you for the time change! I gotta remember that next time I record my intro or do a post or something 🙂 I would say 9:30pm is a bit late to be practicing, but hey, if I record it you can do it whenever you want! I’m thinking for those of you in Europe the 7:30am class would probably be better!

I don’t know if 9:30pm is late. Like I said in my own blog yoga practice makes me feel totally relaxed, so I should be fall asleep much easier. Sometimes I do aerobics before I go to sleep, most of the times I’m so tired I fall asleep instantly.

So the 12:30pm PST class works fine for me.

Elsie love! Thanks again for your podcasts. Even though I’d much rather see your smiling face, listening online tides me over and gives me my yoga fix. Till next time!
