Hi Elsie,

I just started listening to your podcast and I love it. I am working in a small town in northern Alberta and the yoga instructor can’t teach anymore due to pregnancy. We don’t have anyone to fill in for us but your podcast has helped me to keep up the practice.
Thank you

Thanks Elsie. I like the one hour and I like the more difficult level. I’ve got a beginner doing it too, but she’s just adjusting to her level. Great class.
