A supplement Video to my yoga podcast, focusing on a variation of Pincha Mayurasana (feather of a peacock) with a different foundation-Head Stand arms.

It’s not the full pose, it’s simply the preparation for the pose so this is great for beginners 🙂

This specific pose is done in Episode 31 of Elsie’s Yoga Class Live and Unplugged Podcast.

I decided to release this on my feed given the fact that I don’t really have a chance to teach publicly (as of now 🙁 )

Would love feedback!

Also….my Birthday is on February 6th, and in order to celebrate, I would love to get up to 50 reviews in iTunes! Please help! Currently I have 32, that’s only 18 more people! Let’s do it!

Let me know

Hey Elsie, My name is Kerry and I am eighteen and have been doing yoga on and off for about a year. Recently I have gotten more intensley into my practice and I have been feeling much more connected to the poses and my body.
I am just letting you know that I am really enjoying your site, and though I am not at level two yet (though I hope to be there in a month or so) I still watch your videos for the encouragement and the added technical aspects. I have been having trouble with my headstands and I found the first part of this video where you show the adjustments in your back and arms to be very helpful. Thanks for instructions and I hope to be at the level where I can try out some of your modifications soon!

Kerry!! I would have loved to have started to practice yoga at the age of 18. That’s the coolest thing ever. I’m so glad that you are finding my site of help to you and I do wish that you continue to step into your own heart! Beautiful! 🙂
