Holy smokes, mama, this had me in tears. But in a good way! Thank you for a phenomenal practice. It gave me just what I needed. It was just tough enough (though I had to do TONS of modifications!) to get me out of my head and listening to my body and heart. I’ve struggled for years for a way to remain self-aware without being buried by my past and I feel that all of the wisdom you shared will help me move forward. You are amazing. I always get more from practices with themes to them and am so grateful for you. I know I need to branch out and try other yoginis, but I always come right back to you! Peace and blessings.

Woohoo! I made it! I’m very new to yoga and this is one of the first classes I have tried. And boy have I tried.. I’ve started this class over and over and always got to the same point and was unable to make myself keep going but your words inspired me so much!!! I kept repeating everything and buckling down and taking your words to heart until I made it through, thank you so much for everything:) you are truly an inspiration and I know I will be visiting your site often!
