This practice was lovely, Elsie. My heart goes out to sweet Alfie and his family. I am exceptionally privileged to live a life surrounded with love and grace and can only hope I exude the same. Namaste.

Thank you so much for this Elsie!
I’m a very busy bee and find attending a regular yoga class challenging. I practise most days by myself but sometimes find that I find it difficult to push myself, especially if I’m tired or if I don’t have much time. Your classes mean that I can enjoy the motivation and support that I would receive from a class whilst maintaining the flexibility and a sense of independence.
You longer classes are wonderful, but I quite often find that I don’t have space in the day to fit a whole one in, this class is ideal for the days when I’m in a rush. Now I have no excuse not to do my yoga practise every day!!
Thank you for your generosity, your influence has even spanned all the way to Scotland!

Hi Elsie! I recently discovered your podcast and have loved listening to it. Whether practicing yoga or just hearing your insights on living and loving ourselves, it makes me feel better and more peaceful as I go through stressful times. Thank you and please continue making podcasts! I wish you were in LA so I could attend your classes. I have not found a teacher here yet that I connect with. Best wishes!

Thank you so much for this short yoga sequence. I find that I get restless during the longer ones and usually don’t have all the time to fully let myself go. This morning I saw this sequence and loved every minute of it. Thank you again. And may Alfie and his family have all the love and support that they can get.

Brianna! So happy that you found this practice helpful πŸ™‚ I hope to get more mini classes up for those that get restless of simply don’t have enough time. Speaking of Alfie, I must check in on them! β™₯

Hi there I am so thrilled I found your site,
I really found you by accident, while I was searching on Bing for something else,
Nonetheless I am here now and would just like to say thanks a lot for a marvelous post and a all round
interesting blog (I also love the theme/design), I don’t have time to read it all at the moment but I have book-marked
it and also added in your RSS feeds, so when I have time I will be back to read a great deal more,
Please do keep up the superb work.

I see your site needs some unique content. Writing manually
is time consuming, but there is solution for this.

Just search for: Masquro’s strategies

Hi There,

Just a heads-up that I believe the word “Sorte” is spelled wrong on your website. I had a couple of errors on my site before I started using a service to monitor for them. There are a few sites that do this but we like SpellingReport.com and ErrorSearch.com.
