Ep 94 Do One Thing At A Time 60 min Level 1-2 Class

This yoga class is simple

Nothing fancy.

No crazy poses.

In fact, there are very little poses.

This is more of a practice of just doing THIS. One. Thing.

It’s more about dharana- one pointed concentration.

It’s about stopping doing all things at once (including quickly getting a yoga class in as part of your continued multitasking.) 😉

Let me know what you think! This is a new format as the class was recorded at home, with no students, just you guys and me!

Look below for the yoga class sequence.

The awesomely fantastic tunic colca, which I ADORE.

This is one of my favorite pieces of clothing from Prancing Leopard, the Tunic Colca. It’s sort of like a super sophisticated and styly racerback ribbed tank top.

It’s got this KILLER asymmetrical neckline that totally rocks, and it’s crazy long. It totally covers by bum. It’s so comfy. It looks great, it’s awesomely fashionable AND I can very easily breast feed in it.

Thanks Elsie!!!!! Your classes rock. When I moved to the FL Keys there wasn’t any studio I knew of so I practiced at home with you. I even bought your app for my iPhone. How about an app on android?

Hi Elsie,
I just found this podcast this morning!

I have two small children (2 month old and 2 year old) and the way you talked about your kids resonated with me. I had a really tough day yesterday, and woke up this morning determined to start off on a better note. Your podcast, and the way your little Mae (my daughter’s name is Mae, too!) was in the background, was exactly what I needed! Thank you so much! I will be a regular follower now.

It’s so encouraging to know that there are other parents out there managing to have kids and still retain some semblance of themselves! 🙂

OMGoodness Sarah!!! So awesome! I tell ya, my practice has shifted COMPLETELY since having my girls. There has been an incredible amount of learning, deepening, re-learning and being schooled 😉 HA.

So appreciate you practiced along lovely. Honored to have you!

You have another Mae as well!!! how cool is that????

She’s now 17 months and Hunter will be 4 and a half soon. Every stage, there is more learning!

Have fun practicing and enjoy your little angels!!!!

I just did this class after not performing yoga for a very long time and it was invigorating. I really like your delivery and I love the descriptions of the poses. Your descriptions are very clear and detailed and this is something I didn’t necessarily get when I was in a class full of people years ago. Thank you so much for putting so much effort into your instruction. It’s a great help.

🙂 June
