Yoga Holiday Toolbox
I decided to gather a bunch of little tools to help you have an easeful and joyful transition into the new year.
I don’t know about you, but I know there have been COUNTLESS times when this time of the year flies by and I don’t even remember what I did or how I did it or even if it mattered.
- I never send Christmas cards.
- I never end up buying or making meaningful gifts.
- I never watch holiday shows on TV.
- I never make yummy holiday treats!
- I never develop a deeper connection to God.
- I never reach out to my family in ways that get us closer to each other.
I really could go on and on.
What I mention above is not because I don’t want to, but because I lack the focus, the tools and support to make anything happen!
It’s not about doing it all, in fact it may just be about doing ONE thing that has meaning to you.
This holiday toolbox is here to help you align, re-align and choose to create the sublime within the every day, not just for this magical end of the season, but onto the rest of the year!
THE TOOLBOX
Here’s what I have in mind. These are literally my notes! AND they are just the beginning 😀
- short meditations
- food
- creating ritual
- shopping for yourself
- blessing time
- offering time (gifting)
- give yourself time to digest
- pouring methaphor
- always something to be exalted, always something to learn
