All right. I think my job today is to take a picture of this pose! It is also referred to as Eye of the Needle, or Figure 4 pose. The sanskrit name for it is Sucirandhrasana, the Suci part is pronounced like Suki. I didn’t find any pics on line so hopefully I’ll have someone take a pic today 🙂 thanks for the question!

I really enjoyed this class today, the first time I really committed to doing the class. My first podcast yoga class!! It was great. You have a fun demeanor and clear instructions and I’m sure you are even better in person! If I ever get down to visit my sister in Venice, we;ll have to catch a class. Thanks again.
