I just finished the Harvest Moon sequence and loved it! I’ve been going through alot of letting go lately and didn’t understand it but was just trusting that it felt like the right thing to do. Now I understand that we have to let go to be able to harvest and grow. This was just what I needed to hear. Thank you so much for sharing your passion of yoga. PS I loved hearing your Spanish come out during your teaching. My son is currently majoring in Spanish and it has been fulfilling and touching to see him so passionate about the language. It makes me want to learn Spanish.
Thank you so much for your comments! I’m so very happy that I could give you a tid bit of info. This was the 1st year that the harvest moon was such a powerful force in my life. I think nature is calling us to delve into the flow more fully 🙂
I’m working on the spanish popping out here and there 😉 I’d really love to do it sometime in all seriousness. It may just surface, you never know!
Thanks for your nice post .Really this post is very helpful and informative so please keep it up your writing .If anyone want to check this kinds of topic pleasecehcck here .

Please do let the Spanish pop out. It would combine 2 of the important things in my life! Yoga y español.
Me encanta los podcasts y te agradezco muchisimo por hacerlos.
Namaste
Elsie-ma,
I TOTALLY agree with Jenn on this one.
Please DO let the spanish pop out!
PLEEEEAAAASE!
I think that it is so important.
I find that there are just PERFECT moments for Spanish.
And, in my expereince, I don’t think that there is a better alchemy for getting to someone than the combination of Spanish and sweetness.
jeez is your boyfriend handsome!
Thank you so much for your input Randy 😉 (my boyfriend, and yes, you are handsome!)
As you know I am working on infusing Spanish expression as much as I can as it’s really who I am!
