Here we go! A couple of new things have been added to this class, one of them, an inversion, we are doing L pose at the wall! Whoopeeee!!! The other is that we are doing Urdhva Dhanurasana, otherwise known as Wheel or Upward Facing Bow,a pretty strong backbend with arms and legs straight. Now of course, if you do not know what these things are you don’t have to do them!!!

I’m a little late to the game, planning to work through the episodes in order (unless the urge strikes to flit around). Did episodes 1 & 2 and loved them. The pics are a great addition. Thank you so much for making these podcasts available.
