Guerrila Video: Pigeon Prep Live Yoga Class Demo

I really am in the process of creating some extra bonus content for the yoga podcast! Little extra features here and there, maybe for the stuff that may not be too clear via audio.

This was my first attempt at a bit of video. What I did is what I usually do when I record the audio for my yoga classes. I placed the camera and simply proceeded to teach. I don’t want my ‘live’ students to be interrupted in any way by the technology. Since I didn’t have much time to set up you can see that I place the camera a bit ‘off’ 😉 So this is a headless pigeon! 🙂

I’m sure it will get better.

I would love to know your thoughts! Up for sharing?

Loved it Elsie, even if it was headless pigeon! Makes me want to drive to Pittsburgh and take a live class with you. I really do appreciate how much of yourself you share with us, I think you are an amazing teacher. I also teach and enjoy sharing every bit of you I can with my students.

I am new to your blog but so far, I absolutely love it! I am not able to view the podcasts with the connection I have here but enjoy reading your responses to others. I have just started using Yoga and am hooked! I taught aerobics for a few years and remember my favorite parts of teaching was the stretch/hold aspect of it. Now I understand why. 😉

I gave you an award as a new to me blog – please do not feel you have to respond. My hope is that it sends others your way. I have received a few questions about my exercise routine. I have a feeling they will find many of their questions answered here.

Thank you for taking the time to do this. It means so much to so many. Thank you!

Thank you so much Catherine! So awesome 🙂
That’s such a bummer regarding the slow connections…booo.

You know, I only put videos up once in a while, generally my classes are audio. The files are still pretty large though, so if you are in a slow connection it would take FOREVER!

I must find a way to offer my stuff so folks with slow connections can still get the content. There’s something lovely about listening to a class and practicing along 🙂

Thanks much for the support!
