Thanks for the extra long savasana, Elsie. I transferred the final 20 minutes of #43 to a cassette I can listen to while lying on my bed. As someone living daily with CP I know I’ll get good use out of the deep relaxation. (And my prayers go out to your relative with ALS. God bless both of you.)
